About The Songs

Authors portrait

Gerwin Eisenhauer studied at the Drummers Collective in New York, where his teachers included Kim Plainfield, Duduka da Fonseca, Bobby Sanabria, Gregg Bissonette, Dave Weckl and Frank Malabe. His career to date spans concerts, tours and CD recordings with artists from the fields of jazz (Trio ELF, Eric Mingus, Lisa Wahlandt), Latin (Dave Valentin, Bobby Quaranta, Robby Ameen), pop (Angelika Milster, Tony Christie), drum'n'bass (MC Wrec, Tim Lefebvre), cabaret (Georg Ringsgwandl) and various musical productions throughout Europe, the USA and South America.|Gerwin teaches drums at the Music College of Pop, Rock and Jazz in Regensburg, and also at the Franz-Grothe Music School, Weiden. He has held guest clinics at the Drummers Collective in New York and at the Salvador/Bahia Music College in Brazil.
